Hi, I'm Ross Stephenson. When I left university at 21 years of age, I decided to follow in my father's footsteps and pursue a career path in the motor trade. I joined Toyota in Bridgend as a Trainee Sales Executive and spent two years cutting my teeth with them, gaining invaluable knowledge of how a successful Volume Franchise Dealer runs on a day-to-day basis, as well as teaching me to employ the highest standards of customer service that a brand such as Toyota demands from its employees.

Then in 2004, I made the move to the up and coming brand in the premium sector, being the four rings of Audi. I don't think any of us at the time truly realised how hugely successful the Audi range would become. After spending six years in the sales team seeing the brand go from strength to strength and making lasting relationships with a growing loyal customer base, I took the plunge into management, specialising in the finance and insurance products offered by the dealership.

Three years on, I decided to go into business with my father, having never worked for him during the 11+ years I had spent in the Motor Trade. With that up-to-date experience and my South Wales-wide industry contacts within the Franchise Dealer Network, I felt I could offer a level of customer service and genuine one-to-one attention that both busy Franchise Dealers and less experienced used car dealers often struggled to provide.

Now, almost 14 years on, the business has gone from strength to strength, creating a vast and loyal customer base with many repeat customers - people who originally bought cars from us for themselves and have more recently returned to purchase vehicles for their children, as well as recommending us to family and friends.

It has truly been a real joy to build this with my father and more recently with my colleague David into the established local business that is has become and I hope we are able to serve quality cars to the community and further afield for many years to come.
