Hi, I'm Stewart Stephenson, one of the principals of SR Motors Penarth.
My career in this industry is perhaps longer than I like to think but from the age of 15 I have been a Qualified Vehicle Engineer, Salesman, Sales Manager then rising to become the Chief Executive of a large dealer group here in South East Wales for 25 years.
I believe that large company principles, extended to a small family operation offer customers something that is not generally available within used car businesses today.

Hi I'm Ross Stephenson, when I left university at 21 years of age I decided to follow in my father's footsteps and pursue a career path in the motor trade. I joined Toyota in Bridgend as a trainee Sales Executive and spent two years cutting my teeth with them gaining invaluable knowledge of how a successful Volume Franchise Dealer runs on a day to day basis as well as teaching me to employ the highest standards of customer service that a brand such as Toyota demand from its employees.
Then in 2004 I made the move to the up and coming brand in the premium sector being the four rings of Audi. I don't think any of us at the time truly realised how hugely successful the Audi range would become. After spending six years in the sales team seeing the brand go from strength to strength and making lasting relationships with a growing loyal customer base, I took the plunge into management specialising in the finance and insurance products offered by the dealership.
Three years on I decided to go into business with my father having never worked for him in the 11+ years I have been in the Motor Trade! I feel with this up to date experience and South Wales wide industry contacts in the Franchise Dealer Network, I can bring a level of customer service and ""one to one' attention that both ""Busy' Franchise Dealers and less experienced used car dealers find very difficult.
